Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for engaging and qualifying both cold and warm leads provided , with a strong focus on driving completed meetings . This role involves proactive outreach, consistent follow-ups, and ensuring prospects move smoothly from initial contact to scheduled and completed meetings. Key responsibilities Work on assigned cold and warm leads from marketing, databases, campaigns, inbound channels, and outreach lists. Position the product/service value clearly to create interest and drive meeting intent. Book high-quality meetings with qualified prospects Manage meeting confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages to maximise meeting completion rates . Gather relevant information during conversations to ensure meaningful discovery calls (eg- BANT, ICP fit) Track and manage outreach cadence (touchpoints, intervals, channels). Key Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and conversational skills. Ability to conduct structured outreach and handle objections. Persistence and consistency in follow-ups. Target-driven mindset with attention to meeting completion metrics. Prior SDR/Inside sales experience in International Markets preferred but not mandatory.
