Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Solution Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our mission by acquiring merchants and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.You will work closely with merchants to understand their challenges and develop practical solutions that meet their requirements. This will involve visiting merchants' doors-to-door, identifying opportunities for growth, and presenting solutions in a clear and relatable manner.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/field sales and a strong understanding of the retail industry. You should be able to identify potential merchants, follow up, and close deals, while also providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Expand Merchant Network: Acquire quality merchants to grow our merchant ecosystem.Merchant Engagement: Build trusting relationships with merchants through regular visits and communication.Solution Crafting: Develop practical solutions that meet merchants' needs and present them in a clear and relatable manner.Prospecting and Closing Deals: Identify potential merchants, follow up, and close deals.Process Guardian: Diligently follow processes for acquiring, onboarding merchants, and fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting.Requirements:Experience & Relevant Experience: 2-6 years in an Individual Contributor capacity in a frontline sales role.
