Expert HR Compliance Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled HR Compliance Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR compliances and Local Labour Laws, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met, including PF, EPS, ESI, and other applicable labor laws.In addition, they will prepare and maintain statutory registers, returns, and challans independently in accordance with compliance timelines. The role also involves conducting audits and investigations and preparing required documents.Furthermore, the HR Compliance Officer will address and resolve queries from candidates and hiring leaders regarding mandatory new hire documents, onboarding, and compliance matters.Required Skills and Qualifications:A graduate degree in any discipline.5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Employment/Labour Laws, with a strong focus on statutory compliance.Benefits:This is a full-time opportunity that requires 6 months of commitment. The ideal location is Gurugram Onsite.Technical & Compliance Skills:Thorough knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance including PF, EPS, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable Acts.Ability to independently prepare and manage statutory returns, challans, and registers.Ability to conduct audits and investigations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
