This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founders, gaining insight into the strategic decision-making process and contributing to the overall success of Sprive. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This internship comes with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position.Key Responsibilities:Customer Success:Work closely with the team to help resolve customer issuesContribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solvingImplement technology projects to improve and scale up the customer experienceAnalytics:Analyse data related to customers, campaign and process effectivenessPrepare reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making within the teamQualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environmentBonus if you have experience in a communications-heavy role like content writing or customer successBenefits:Opportunity to convert to a full-time multi-faceted role with competitive compensationGain valuable experience and mentorship working closely with industry leaders and foundersExposure to the fintech industry and the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects
