Aajeevika Bureau, headquartered in Udaipur, is an established social enterprise with a vision to secure, dignified lives of communities dependent on labour and migration (www.aajeevika.org). Aajeevika Bureau (AB) is a multi-state not for profit organization with teams engaged in skilling, legal aid, social security, women’s empowerment, workers’ mobilization and research – policy programs. On the ground we operate through a network of workers facilitation centers in rural areas of Rajasthan and in cities of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka.  

Role

We are looking for a formally trained and competent and committed colleague to lead our IT/MIS unit. 

Experience and Capabilities we are looking for: 

·       Mandatory Experience –

-        Minimum 6 years of work experience

-        Has led small teams

-        Advanced Excel (formulas, macros etc.), data collection tools like Kob Toolbox, professional software development (programming/coding) 

-        Microsoft 365 and/or Google G-suite based IT environment 

-        IT hardware management – installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, procurement, managing inventory 

-        Tech support and troubleshooting for software applications 

-        Experience in working with external hardware and software vendors 

-        Good written, oral communication skills

-        Good Writing, Spoken English and Hindi


·       Desirable Experience

-        Relevant Master’s/bachelor's degree

-        Worked in NGOs

-        Field work experience and managing multi-locational teams

-        Knowledge and understanding of data security, data compliance and governance policies will be a plus

-        Demonstrated stability in workplace


Remuneration  

Our remuneration will match scales of professional, field-based NGOs in Rajasthan. Based on the skills and experience of the candidate renumeration within a range of 8-10 LPA will be offered.
