Job TitleA Senior Manager position is available, responsible for leading and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within a Shared Services Centre.The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of transactions in alignment with company financial policies and Indian regulatory requirements.About YouWe are looking for a skilled leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:8–12 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in a shared services or multinational environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools.Familiarity with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS) and global accounting standards.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading and managing AP and AR teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.Defining and implementing process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls.Collaborating with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.Driving automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.BenefitsThis role offers:Opportunities for career growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.OthersPlease note:Experience in Shared Service centres overseas is an added advantage.
