Senior Accounting ProfessionalAbout UsWe are a forward-thinking organization that connects talented finance and accounting professionals with exciting roles at top US startups and established firms.The OpportunityLead end-to-end accounting processes, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting for US clientsPrepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with US GAAPManage and mentor a small team of accountants to ensure delivery excellence and high-quality resultsPartner directly with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvementsDrive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every accounting touchpointLeverage modern tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero to streamline workflows and improve productivityCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Operations for a complete finance picture and strategic decision-makingWhat You'll Bring5–8 years of total experience, with strong exposure to US accounting and reporting standardsProven expertise in end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial statementsDeep knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to close books independently and efficientlyExperience in outsourced accounting, shared services, or client-facing environments, with a focus on delivering exceptional resultsHands-on experience with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or Xero, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
