Help Desk Support Professional

As a Help Desk Support Professional, you will play a critical role in providing customer-centric support to individuals experiencing issues with our product or system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct preliminary assessments and debugging until resolution.Respond to customer inquiries through thorough investigations of product or system issues.Analyze and track the root cause of the issue and its impact on hardware, network, and storage resources.Provide expert support for cloud solutions, application installations, release updates and upgrades, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions.Identify and address bugs by collaborating with the engineering team to review code and verify accuracy, testability, functionality, and efficiency.3 years of experience in DevOps support and proficiency in programming languages, preferably shell scripting.1 year of experience in testing and maintaining software products.1 year of experience in cloud computing, including Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML files.Proven ability to provide technical support to global clients.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance both verbally and in writing.Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.Additional certifications in Linux, Cisco, and Network and Information Security or related technologies are highly valued.
