*Position Title: Finance Officer*

*Location: Zimbabwe, Africa (Outside India)*

*Reports To: CFO​*

*Industry: Edible Oil*


*Key Responsibilities:*


* Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

* Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.

* Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

* Comply with tax laws, GST, and other regulatory requirements.

* Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.

* Supervise accounts receivable, payable, and inventory management.

* Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

* Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

* Implement and maintain internal control procedures.

* Manage cash flows, optimize working capital, and ensure adequate liquidity.

* Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Provide insights to support business decisions.


*Requirements:*


* Min 5 years in finance, accounting, or auditing.

* Experience in the edible oil industry or FMCG sector preferred.

* Experience in Tally Prime Gold accounting software (pref).

* CA, CA-Inter, MBA-Finance & CMA
