Lead Integrated Producer

As the Lead Integrated Producer, who would be the face of the agency for the client and your responsibilities will include:Thorough planning and preparation with the account director, senior account manager and the executive producer for campaigns through foresight of upcoming workManaging work with operational teams in EMEA and IndiaWorking with the agency on master assets and campaign handovers with the account teams and executive producerPreparation of cost estimates / set up costsOverseeing QC and ingest – signing off QCProducing creative post work, simple shootsOverview of account they are working onClient facing, liaising with both agencies and clients for the global and local marketsInvolved in Pre-Production Meetings with Agencies and Clients, advising on how best to shoot and master their final assets for Global AdaptationsAdvising on post requirements ahead of a shoot where necessaryBriefing ops with campaign set-ups to facilitate localizationProviding masters and localized edits to the asset manager for upload to DAM systems if required on accountPitching on the post for new campaign briefsEnsure team are engaged and motivatedProducingDay-to-day responsibility for managing projectsInvolved in new campaign briefing as requiredInterpreting and consolidation of client briefsManaging project timelinesProviding clients with rate card cost estimates and timelines for all deliveries highlighting any risks and dependencies in meeting agreed deadlines, alongside any additional information you may require executing the briefIdentify and advise the client of any issues concerning their Creative Agency and delivery of master files, and how these could be resolved for the benefit of the clientBriefing projects in to the various internal teams, transcreation, VO, business affairs where necessaryFacilitate multi-channel briefsResponsible for the end to end management of all local briefsManage, book and record VO sessions and manage the usageMaintain an up to date internal status sheet of all live briefs and work in productionEnsure any broadcast related tasks are in progress and will meet timelines such as clearance, broadcast codes and usage negotiationWhere required, ensure on behalf of the client via business affairs that usage rights are secured as per brief, advise clients when usage rights are due to expireBe the client’s subject matter expert, assisting with any queries, and advising how best to ensure briefs are delivered to the highest quality in the shortest timeframeBased on experience view overall project and decide best route for work, 3D/AE/FlameBook & brief 2D and 3D operators.Book and direct sound mixesCreating bespoke post production solution where requiredScheduling all elements of the production including editors and sound mixingEnsuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client.Answering client technical queries or liaising with operators or technical staff to obtain and provide requested informationWhere necessary estimating VFX/project work off rate cardAccurate estimating, billing and reconciling jobs, requesting PO’s and creating 3rd party PO’sWhere opportunities arise, seek to cross sell TAG capability across channels, and into the postproduction of the TVC master assetThere may be a requirement to attend face-to-face briefings with clients offsite, as well as assisting with hosting clients who attend our offices in person to oversee the execution of any briefsAttend campaign ‘wash-up’ meetings with clients to identify future learnings to be applied to the following campaigns and build further relationships with clientsCoach and Mentor team members, adding to a positive atmosphere with a can-do attitudeClient DevelopmentDevelop, maintain and extend client relationshipsManage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgetsWork to gain a strong understanding of the client’s businessBuild strong working relationships with clients dailyAssist strategic client upsell initiativesTechnologyTo use Tag Systems and trackers to manage all elements of the client processes as agreed.
