Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to take full ownership of delivery across our projects. This client-facing role will work closely with our tech team and international clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with client expectations. The Project Lead will be instrumental in hiring and nurturing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and negotiating client requirements. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with European and US customers, along with a solid understanding of contract drafting and negotiation. This role also serves as a key contact for business development and marketing, enhancing predictability and efficiency across projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Ownership: Take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring all milestones and deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Client Engagement & Negotiation: Act as the main point of contact for clients, particularly from Europe and the US, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and requirements. Lead contract drafting and negotiation, setting clear terms to support client and company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Facilitate regular standups and agile ceremonies to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and maintain team focus.
  • Talent Development: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing talent, building a resilient team that supports company growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project predictability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between tech teams, business development, and marketing to align objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and increase delivery speed.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks and dependencies, escalating issues when needed to keep projects on track.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in project management or technical team lead roles, preferably within IT or software development, with a client-facing focus.
  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Client & Contract Experience: Demonstrated experience working with European and US clients, with strong skills in contract drafting and client negotiation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and metrics to monitor and improve team performance.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, foster a positive team culture, and uphold high delivery standards.
  • Talent Development: Strong ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent, building a capable and resilient team.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to troubleshoot challenges, manage priorities, and enhance workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills.
