Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled MAWM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configuration, implementation, and integration, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient MAWM solutions while providing L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.Configure and customize MAWM modules for Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on MAWM integrations with third-party systems like WCS and MHE.Perform system testing and regression testing for enhancements and production releases.Create functional and technical documentation for implemented changes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of MAWM configuration and support activities.Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly.Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements.Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.4-6 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.BenefitsAward-winning company with global presence and recognition in digital transformation and product engineering.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with diverse technologies and expertise.Collaborative culture and growth opportunities for professional development.
