This is a strategic, results-driven role that requires a strong understanding of the education sector and its trends.About the RoleThe Head of Partnerships will define and execute our demand-side B2B partnership strategy. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and onboarding high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Key Responsibilities:Create a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners.Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Define KPIs and track performance, providing insights and refining partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B).Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.A proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.An analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
