Roles and responsibilities

  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.
  • Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
  • Generate or follow through sales leads.
  • Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
  • Coordinating with developers for Site Visits.
  • Client acquisition and business development by direct / indirect sales.
  • Meeting sales / revenue targets.
  • Develop organization as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
