Freelance Creative CopywriterRWS Small World Studio is a team of dedicated creatives and production specialists bringing global scale at speed.We offer integrated creative production services that inform the creative lifecycle for global brands – helping to shape content and marketing communications for international audiences with excellence in localization.The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with leading brands on projects across Creative Content Editing, Transcreation (short and long formats), Marketing Translation, SEO, Cultural Consultation, Market Insights, Voice Over Direction etc.Purpose:RWS Small World Studio facilitates creative consultation, language and production services for brands looking to deliver globally consistent and locally relevant marketing, advertising and branded content.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in creative/marketing transcreation and copywriting/editing.A background in the advertising and marketing sector, specifically in film/TV/entertainment.Experience working with global brands, understanding nuances of tonality, style and target audience.Skillset in design/art direction or working closely with designers/art directors.Excellent command of Tamil and English, based in India or the US.Strong knowledge and understanding of Tamil and US English cultures.Ability to adapt brand, advertising and marketing content to local market needs.Candidate Profile:Proven expertise in creative advertising and Tamil Films/TV/Entertainment.Flexible and adaptable with strong prioritization skills.Understanding of the creative process in marketing production cycles.Collaborative attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.Client-facing experience and ability to communicate effectively.Familiarity with creative/transcreation briefs and international teams.Creative flair and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.Strong time management and organizational skills.Approachable and open to feedback.
