We are Looking for Business Head (CBO) From Online Education -Ed tech(higher education) Domain



Key Responsibilities

:1. Strategic Planning & Leadershi

  • pDevelop and implement the company’s strategic vision, goals, and objectives to ensure long-term growth and profitability
  • .Lead the creation and execution of business plans that focus on market expansion, revenue generation, and operational excellence
  • .Drive innovation by identifying trends and opportunities in online education, new degree programs, and emerging technologies
  • .Set and manage overall performance metrics, including financial goals, enrolment targets, and student success outcomes
  • .Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to align business strategies with organizational goals

.2. Business Development & Partnership

  • sIdentify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and accrediting bodies to offer online courses across undergraduate and post graduate degree and other accredited offerings
  • .Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions to expand the portfolio of degree offerings (bachelor’s, master’s, etc.)
  • .Drive business development efforts to establish corporate partnerships for sponsored university /degree programs or workforce upskilling initiatives
  • .Explore new market opportunities, both domestic and international, for degree program expansion
  • .Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements across different regions

3. Product & Program Developme

  • ntOversee the development and launch of new online degree programs, ensuring they are aligned with market demand and industry need
  • s.Collaborate with academic partners to design and structure curricula that are engaging, relevant, and career-focuse
  • d.Drive the integration of innovative digital learning technologies, such as adaptive learning, AI-powered tutoring, and interactive content deliver
  • y.Regularly assess and enhance the quality of the company’s online learning platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experienc
  • e.Lead efforts to continually improve program delivery and student support services to increase satisfaction and retentio

n.4. Marketing & Student Acquisiti

  • onDevelop and execute marketing and student acquisition strategies to drive enrollment growth and brand awarenes
  • s.Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance advertising to attract prospective student
  • s.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective students across different demographic
  • s.Monitor and analyses market trends and student behavior to refine outreach and messaging strategie
  • s.Build and enhance the company’s brand presence as a leader in the online higher education spac

e.5. Operational Efficien

  • cyOversee the operational aspects of the business, including admissions, finance, IT, and student support service
  • s.Implement efficient processes to ensure scalability and sustainability of operations as the business grow
  • s.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve profitability and cost optimization goal
  • s.Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards for online education provider
  • s.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall student journey, from enrollment to graduatio

n.6. Student Success & Retenti

  • onCreate strategies and initiatives to maximize student engagement, academic performance, and graduation rate
  • s.Oversee student support services, including academic advising, career counseling, and technical support to ensure high levels of satisfactio
  • n.Develop metrics to track and improve student retention, progression, and completion rate
  • s.Promote a student-first culture within the company, ensuring that student success is a core focus across all team
