Digital Transformation Specialist Role OverviewOur organization is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to help bridge the gap between business needs and scalable technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Translate business or client requirements into scalable, secure architectures and actionable transformation roadmaps that align with our company's strategic objectives.Develop and maintain benefits lifecycles, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company visions and measurable outcomes.Analyze opportunities for automation and AI, creating lean business cases including cost, time, resource requirements, and expected benefits.Enhance and maintain our transformation framework, standards, and change management processes.Ensure seamless cross-team delivery from discovery to production, guaranteeing readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Verify proposals meet technical requirements and are accurately estimated to support successful outcomes.Contribute to market research and sales enablement by providing engineering input and solution insights.Required Skills & Competencies:A minimum of 2-5 years experience in Solution Architecture & Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.Familiarity with Cloud Fundamentals: AWS, GCP, or Azure.Proficiency in Automation Tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation platforms.Knowledge of Data & BI: Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.A basic understanding of AI Literacy: Knowledge of large language model applications, prompt engineering, and AI solution patterns.Awareness of Security & Compliance: Understanding security and regulatory considerations in digital solutions.Experience with Agile & OKRs: Familiarity with agile methodologies, project documentation, and diagramming tools.Excellent organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
