Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Department of Emergency Medicine, overseeing clinical, academic, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement protocols and processes to improve emergency care services and ensure departmental performance.
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards, hospital policies, and regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for medical staff, providing opportunities for training, mentoring, and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance patient care and hospital operations.


Qualifications:
  • MRCEM/MEM/MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in emergency medicine and a proven track record in managing complex medical situations.
  • Strong clinical skills and deep knowledge of advancements in emergency care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse medical team.
  • Proven ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to academic programs.
