Generative AI Model DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Generative AI Model Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms.You will design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for enterprise use cases.You will build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.) to optimize their performance and efficiency.You will apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance in your work.You will integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores using Python, Java, or Node.js backends to enable seamless communication and data exchange.You will collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure AI service architectures that meet the needs of our organization.The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing AI/ML pipelines, managing model evaluation, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement processes, as well as optimizing inference performance and cost.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, including LLMs, Transformers, and Diffusion models.Experience in building and fine-tuning LLM-based applications, including chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, and code assistants.Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and context-aware pipelines to ensure accurate and relevant results.Ability to integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores using Python, Java, or Node.js backends.Collaboration skills to work with architects and other stakeholders to define scalable and secure AI service architectures.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:This is a full-time position, and we require a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
