As a Client Engagement Manager , you will play a key role in driving new business growth by acquiring new clients within the pharmaceutical recruitment industry. You will leverage your industry knowledge and business development skills to expand Resonacle’s client portfolio, building strong partnerships with companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients for pharmaceutical recruitment services.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Understand the hiring needs of clients and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Provide market insights and contribute to the overall business development strategy
Qualifications & Skills:
3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical recruitment or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing revenue.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors and their recruitment needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development
