Job Description:Job Description: BI Engineer (Microstrategy One)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Engineer with a strong background in Microstrategy One development and data modeling. As a BI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our business intelligence solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in Microstrategy BI Development, with expertise in both Legacy Web and Microstrategy One platforms.Responsibilities:• Develop, enhance, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microstrategy One and Legacy Web platforms.• Has knowledge and development/integration experience with Hypercard in Microstrategy.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Design and develop efficient data models to support reporting, analytics, and data visualization needs.• Utilize advanced SQL skills to write optimized queries and perform data manipulation tasks.• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights for decision-making.• Collaborate with the Microsoft tech stack, including Databricks and Synapse, to develop data models and integrate data sources.• Perform data quality checks, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.• Monitor and optimize the performance of data models and reporting solutions.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data engineering.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Microstrategy BI Development, including both Legacy Web and Microstrategy One platforms.• Strong proficiency in data modeling and designing efficient data structures.• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization.• In-depth understanding of Microsoft tech stack, including Databricks and Synapse, for developing data models and integrating data sources.• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.• Self-motivated and proactive in staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
