Job Title: Visual Content SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Visual Content Specialist to support our creative output across social media, YouTube, and brand communication.About the Role:The ideal candidate will work closely with our Creative Director to design engaging social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, and web graphics that align with each brand's tone and strategy.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality visual content for social media, YouTube, and web platforms.Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets across multiple formats and platforms.Maintain consistency across design systems and visual identities.Collaborate on campaign visuals, storyboards, and brand storytelling.Assist with light motion design/animation for social posts (if applicable).Manage and organize project files efficiently on Figma or Adobe Cloud.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).A good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.Basic working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Keen eye for detail, visual balance, and brand consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work on diverse brands and projects across sectors.Mentorship and creative guidance from a senior design lead.Flexible remote setup with growth opportunities for a long-term role.Nice to Have:Interest in social media trends, design systems, and brand storytelling.Familiarity with motion templates or short-form video design.Experience creating visuals for YouTube, Instagram, and web banners.
