Department: - Maintenance

Education and Work Experience Requirement:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation.
07-10 Years of Experience in Egg/Dairy Processing or FMCG industry in Maintenance department.

Role and Responsibilities:
Key man to execute all the program/procedures/practices in maintenance & utility section.
Prepare and updates Maintenance SOP/Work Instructions. Maintains records.
Breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum breakdown-time and frequency.
Regulatory/safety compliances with respect to the utility or maintenance.
Responsible for maintenance and overall utility operations.
Reviews the Preventive maintenance Plan.
Responsible to ensure Preventive maintenance plan is followed and the factory equipment's are
maintained in good working condition.
Key contact for fire safety, emergency preparedness and conducts mock drills.
Maintain and monitor mechanical spares and consumables inventory level to maximize the cost savings.
Eliminates production bottlenecks with production in order to maximize capacity and OEE.
