Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator at Hyper Stealth Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for inventory management, supply chain management, customer service, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Management:
o Prepare and maintain delivery schedules based on priority,
urgency, and customer requirements.
o Coordinate with vendors, customers, and team members to
ensure timely delivery of goods.
2. Order Dispatch:
o Oversee the packing, labelling, and dispatching of goods.
o Verify that all items are properly documented with accurate
nomenclature before shipment.
3. Freight and Transportation:
o Organize and manage freight shipments, ensuring cost-
effectiveness and adherence to deadlines.
o Communicate with transport companies to optimize delivery
routes and timelines.
o Purchase transportation insurance and should know the
procedure & documentation for claiming the insurance when
required.
4. Import/Export Compliance:
o Handle documentation for import/export processes, ensuring
compliance with international trade regulations.
o Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders to
clear shipments.
5. Inventory and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
levels.
o Prepare periodic reports for management on logistics operations
and challenges.
6. Problem Solving:
o Address and resolve logistical issues, such as shipment delays or
discrepancies in delivery.
o Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for
operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business
administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles
(preferred).
Strong knowledge of freight operations and import/export regulations.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Key Skills:
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional visits to warehouses or
transportation hubs as required.
