Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Performance Media Buyer with hands-on experience in running profitable campaigns across various performance verticals.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies, as well as expertise with multiple platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.The role involves driving high-quality traffic, scaling campaigns profitably, managing budgets, and consistently optimizing funnel performance.About the Role:As a Performance Media Buyer, your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality traffic, scale campaigns profitably, manage budgets, and consistently optimize funnel performance.Campaign Management & OptimizationPlan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across various platforms.Manage large budgets efficiently with focus on ROI and KPIs such as EPC, CPA, CR, ROAS, LTV.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting, and placements.Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.Creative StrategyWork with internal designers or create your own ad concepts.Identify winning creatives and angles for sweepstakes, CPS offers, mVAS flows, and CPI funnels.Data & ReportingTrack performance metrics daily and provide actionable insights.Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and optimize for stronger conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of spending, ROI, and campaign results.RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns.Proven track record of generating profitable and scalable results.Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.Expertise with multiple platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions.BenefitsCompetitive salary + attractive performance bonuses.Flexible working hours & remote work options.Growth-focused environment with access to premium tools and resources.Incentives for hitting performance milestones.
