We are looking for accomplished high school educators to join team. We are seek teachers who are committed to reimagining education and engaging students through forward-thinking, hands-on, and student-centered learning methods. The ideal candidates will bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to inspire our students and help them thrive in an ever-changing world.
Role Overview:
- Develop and implement innovative, student-centered lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including project-based learning, experiential learning, flipped classrooms, and digital tools, to create interactive learning experiences.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects diverse learning styles and encourages collaboration.
- Integrate technology into the curriculum to enhance student engagement.
- Encourage students to explore and research interdisciplinary connections.
- Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and support individual academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with other educators to design cross-curricular projects.
- Informed about the latest trends in education and best practices.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that complement academic learning and contribute to student development.
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area (e.g., Science, Mathematics, English, Social Studies, Arts, etc.).
- B.Ed. or teaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience teaching at the high school level.
- Ability to integrate contemporary educational tools, technologies, and pedagogies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project based or inquiry-based learning to develop real-world learning that connects students to their communities and the global world.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners and create personalized learning experiences.
- Able to support personality development and strong value system in students.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to school-wide initiatives and extracurricular programs.
- Ability to develop global perspectives and independent learning skills in students.
