Senior Human Resources and Administrative Manager

Job Overview:The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations across the organization. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing key responsibility areas for HR and Admin staff, conducting induction programs, handling employee relations, and maintaining HR records.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:Develop and manage Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for HR and Admin staff.Conduct induction programs and orientation sessions for new joiners and interns.Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and performance appraisal coordination.Maintain HR records, employee databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Administrative Oversight:Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations including inventory, supplies, and vendor management.Supervise front desk and support staff across multiple office locations.Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal event coordination.Compliance and Governance:Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.Maintain documentation for audits, legal submissions, and internal reviews.Strategic Initiatives:Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.Drive employer branding and employee engagement activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and data management systems.
