Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead our corporate interior fit-out projects from design stage to procurement and construction. As the single point of contact between clients and the organization, you will be responsible for implementing project management frameworks, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery.Implement project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projectsManage project budget, monitor changes, and ensure projects are completed within schedules and timelinesCoordinate teamwork between stakeholders, ensure project managers work with client SMEs, and keep them updated on project statusSupport negotiation with vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycleEstablish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and the organizationRequirements:Detailed approach, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMinimum 4 years of experience in building construction industryRelevant experience in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projectsDegree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related disciplineKnowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outsExcellent team management and client-facing experienceTech-savvy with experience in adopting digital initiativesAble to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction
