Technical Lead for Odoo DevelopmentThis role demands a seasoned professional with experience in leading cross-functional teams of developers.The candidate will oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of our Odoo environment while integrating it with Magento, Android, and AWS systems.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire development lifecycle - from requirement gathering, customization, deployment & support.Design and implement Odoo modules and integrations (Magento, Android app, AWS).Ensure consistent code quality, documentation, and version control (Git) across all projects.Build data flows and APIs between Odoo blue grass, eCommerce, and mobile systems.Manage system architecture, performance tuning, and scalability.Collaborate with management to translate business goals into technical solutions.Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.Monitor project progress, define milestones, and report status to leadership.Supervise and coordinate a technical team consisting of Odoo Developer, Magento Developer, Android Developer, AWS Cloud Architect.Requirements:Odoo expertise with significant hands-on experience.Leadership skills with strong team management capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of relevant programming languages, including Python and JavaScript.Understanding of database concepts and SQL.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive salary package with additional benefits.The chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects.A collaborative and supportive team culture.
