Job Description

As part of our digital expansion, we are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. This is a fully remote position. You will work closely with our marketing team to strengthen our online presence, attract new prospects, and enhance MULKEEF Real Estate LLC’s brand image.

Your responsibilities will include:

1.Content Creation

•Design and produce visual and written content (photos, videos, articles, infographics) that highlights properties, ongoing projects, and the MULKEEF Real Estate LLC brand.

•Develop scripts and creative ideas for video formats (reels, stories) aligned with market trends and company standards.

•Ensure visual and editorial consistency of content with the brand’s identity.

2.Social Media Management

•Manage and animate our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, ) to boost engagement and brand awareness.

•Plan and publish content regularly, adapting the tone and style of each post for specific platforms.

•Monitor the performance of posts and propose strategic adjustments to maximize impact.

3.Trends and Analytics

•Stay updated on digital marketing and real estate trends to suggest fresh, relevant ideas.

•Analyze the results of campaigns and posts to continuously improve the digital strategy.

Profile we’re looking for:

•Motivated, dynamic, serious, and passionate about digital media and content creation.

•Creative with the ability to propose original and impactful ideas.

•Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

•Excellent writing skills with an ability to adapt the tone based on the platform.

•Interest in the real estate sector and a desire to contribute to a growing company.

Internship Details:

•Remote Internship, fully remote.

•Duration: 6 months, with potential for renewal or growth based on performance.
