Speech Model DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Speech Model Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and optimizing voice models for various applications, including voice synthesis, speech recognition, and voice transformation.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and fine-tuning deep learning models for voice synthesis, implementing neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar, collecting and preprocessing speech datasets, collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems, evaluating and quality assuring voice model outputs, and staying current on advancements in speech processing, audio generation, and machine learning.Voice Model Development: Design and develop deep learning models for voice synthesis, including text-to-speech models and voice cloning projects.Neural Network Architecture: Implement and optimize neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar.Dataset Collection and Preprocessing: Collect, preprocess, and augment speech datasets for training and testing voice models.Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems.Evaluation and Quality Assurance: Evaluate and quality assure voice model outputs to ensure they meet the required standards.Research and Development: Stay current on advancements in speech processing, audio generation, and machine learning to improve voice model performance.
