Roles and Responsibilities
Online Marketing
- Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, and infographics.
- Digital Campaigns: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertisements.
- SEO and Analytics: Perform keyword research, optimize web content, and track website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Online Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers to enhance online community growth.
Offline Marketing
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing trade shows, promotional events, and campaigns.
- Brand Visibility: Work on strategies to increase local presence, including partnerships with vendors or community initiatives.
- Market Research: Collect and analyze data about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Material Distribution: Help in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and merchandise.
- Feedback Collection: Interact with customers offline to gather insights for future marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates or students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Ads, and email platforms).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Passionate about learning and contributing to both online and offline marketing activities.
