SuccessFactors LMS SpecialistA highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant is sought to join our organization in a key role that involves implementing, configuring and maintaining the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation process from start to finish, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. They will also collaborate with HR, Learning & Development and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements and configure and maintain various SuccessFactors modules such as Learning Administration, Curriculum Management, Certifications and Compliance Tracking.Key Skills and Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including at least 2 complete end-to-end implementations.Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Reporting and Admin tools.Hands-on experience in integration, configuration and system administration within SuccessFactors LMS.Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits and Career Opportunities:You will be offered a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.
