This is an execution-heavy role — part content distribution, part growth marketing — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.Key ResponsibilitiesRepurpose blogs, videos, and case studies into posts and threads for LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.Build and manage a weekly content-distribution calendar.Collaborate with the content, SEO, and video teams to amplify every asset across multiple channels.Identify relevant developer communities, newsletters, and platforms for content syndication.Track and report weekly metrics (traffic, engagement, leads).Support campaign initiatives such as case-study series, lead magnets, or newsletter launches.Continuously test new content formats and growth ideas.Success MetricsGetQualified inbound leads/monthWebsite traffic growth+15 % MoMAverage LinkedIn engagement rate>5 %Reddit community engagement 500 + monthly karmaTotalYou’ll Excel If YouCan write crisp, engaging copy with a developer-savvy tone.Understand how content, SEO, and social platforms interact.Love experimenting, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.Are self-driven and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end.How to ApplySend your résumé or LinkedIn profile with 2–3 examples of content or campaigns you’ve managed to contact@infrasity.com
