Job SummaryThe Pricing Director will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies that align with business goals, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and client acquisition.This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as experience in corporate forecasting and accounting.About the RoleDevelop and maintain cost models across regions and service lines to ensure accurate pricing.Benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness and consistency.Monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs to optimize commercial viability.Key AccountabilitiesLead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.Model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and make informed recommendations.Standardize pricing governance across geographies, verticals, and deal types to ensure control and consistency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain labor, technology, infrastructure, and overhead cost models across regions and service lines.Benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness and consistency.Monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs to optimize commercial viability.The ideal candidate will have 13-15 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, including corporate forecasting and accounting experience.
