As a Senior BA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving execution, and mentoring a small team of junior analysts. This is a hybrid role that blends deep individual contribution with people leadership.What You'll DoPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate vision into scalable solutions grounded in data, process, and customer insightOwn the end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from discovery through documentation, validation, delivery, and post-launch retrospectivesLeverage a strong foundation in SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern product development practices to drive business and product outcomesMentor and manage 2–3 junior BAs, helping grow their skills and ensure quality deliveryBuild compelling narratives and influence decisions across Product, Engineering, and Business leadershipDevelop and deliver high-impact reports and presentations for senior managementLead cross-functional workshops and working sessions to align teams and accelerate outcomesBalance strategic priorities with hands-on execution—able to flex between big-picture thinking and in-the-weeds deliveryYou Might Be a Fit If You HaveBachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP/CSPO/Product Management) is a plus8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product ManagementProven success delivering impact in cross-functional environmentsExperience managing or mentoring other analysts or team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in data tools and BI platformsClear, confident communication across technical and non-technical audiencesA mindset that blends strategic insight with tactical ownership—you think big, but get things doneWhat ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
