Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs and ICS adapters.Design and Development: Develop custom workflows, orchestration flows and mappings within OIC to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud modules with on-premises systems.Integration and Support: Implement and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process alignment.The successful consultant will work closely with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs, ensuring a deep understanding of HCM business processes and prior exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS integrations is essential.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of HCM business processesHands-on experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud modulesPrior exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS integrationsBenefits:Opportunity to work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Chance to develop skills in design, development and deployment of integrationsCollaborative team environmentOthers:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
