Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.The successful candidate will work with various stakeholders to analyze and present financial data, utilizing tools such as charts, tables, and Excel.This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems.Key responsibilities include:Presenting and analyzing data using visualizations and spreadsheetsAssessing financial reports and market performance to draw valuable insights for investorsInterpreting key metrics such as yield, price, risk, stability, and other factors influencing investment decisionsDeveloping a deep understanding of quantitative risk modeling to innovate and enhance commercial risk models and portfolio analyticsConducting unit economic and financial analysisCollaborating with data engineering and data science teams to interpret, validate, and source relevant metrics and dataTo be considered for this position, applicants must possess:A top-tier educational background, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution (8.0+ GPA mandatory)At least 2 years of experience in a front-office financial role, typically in Investment Banking or Investment Due DiligenceStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas both verbally and in writingA methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to solve problemsAptitude and interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and emerging trendsSound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results, preferably with MS ExcelPreferred locations include remote options, as well as Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Coimbatore.
