About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Power Platform components, including Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI-driven tools such as Copilot. This role requires hands-on experience, expertise in leading cross-functional teams, and a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including RFP response and project scoping.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development
o Lead the design and development of solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Apps to meet business requirements.
o Implement best practices and standards for Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
o Integrate AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot into Power Platform applications to enhance automation and business intelligence functions.
2. Team Leadership & Management
o Guide, mentor, and manage a team of Power Platform developers and analysts to ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.
o Promote a collaborative team culture, driving productivity and knowledge sharing among team members.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and facilitate the growth of team members in Power Platform skills.
3. RFP & Proposal Management
o Lead the RFP response process for Power Platform projects, including the creation of proposals, project scopes, cost estimations, and timelines.
o Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to communicate Power Platform capabilities and value propositions effectively.
o Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
o Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are understood, documented, and incorporated into the project.
o Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and user training.
o Ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
o Stay updated on new features and updates within the Power Platform and assess their applicability to enhance existing solutions.
o Implement continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new functionalities and integrations, particularly leveraging AI and analytics.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Experience: 8+ years in Microsoft Power Platform technologies with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
o Strong experience with AI integration, specifically with Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
o Expertise in data modeling, analytics, and reporting using Power BI.
o Familiarity with RPA and API integrations within Power Platform.
· Leadership Skills:
o Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers and analysts.
o Experience in RFP response, proposal development, and stakeholder communication.
o Strong project management skills, with a focus on quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
· Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, presentation, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power BI Data Analyst).
· Experience working in industries like manufacturing, retail, or chemical sectors.
· Prior experience in a consulting environment, particularly in supporting offshore/onsite team dynamics.
