We have more than 220 employees worldwide and are growing rapidly.Our team serves clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraging a global delivery platform.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, Incentive Compensation (IC) design, and implementation of effective IC admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.Utilize advanced SQL and Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences).Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.Sound understanding of Incentive Plans and Admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client activities.Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
