Expert Multimodal Machine Learning Specialist

Machine Learning Engineer RoleOur organization seeks a Freelance Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement machine learning solutions.Develop and deploy ML models into production-grade environments, utilizing software development expertise.Establish and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and versioning of ML workloads.Automate workflows for data processing, model deployment, and CI/CD processes.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transform business needs into effective ML solutions.Implement performance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ML workloads.Optimize ML workloads for scalability, cost, and performance in cloud computing environments.Maintain best practices in security, governance, and reproducibility.Key RequirementsApplicants must possess hands-on experience in multimodality, having worked with at least two modalities (Text + Vision or Text + Audio or Vision + Audio).They must have practical experience working on multimodal pipelines, model building, or fine-tuning, rather than relying on APIs or basic integration.Candidates should demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on work in multimodal ML, computer vision, or audio ML.Strong experience with Computer Vision is required for this role.The CV must clearly reflect experience in:Image processing / vision-based MLAudio AI (if applicable)Multimodal architectures, datasets, or projectsDesirable SkillsApplicants may benefit from experience with Generative AI, diffusion models, transformers, or similar technologies.Exposure to GPU training, model optimization, and large-scale datasets can be advantageous.
