Glance’s ’smart lock screen’ inspires consumers to make the most of every moment by surfacing relevant experiences without the need for searching and downloading apps. Glance Lock Screen is currently available on over 450 million smartphones worldwide. Roposo is a LIVE platform that is revolutionizing live experiences, through a unique, immersive, creator-led approach. Nostra is the largest gaming platform in India and Southeast Asia, offering gamers engaging ways to discover, play, watch, learn and compete.

Who are you?

You are passionate about building brand conversations and communities on social media. You understand technology and science behind all social platforms, and how to create the right creative and content strategy to drive awareness and salience. You are curious about macro and micro developments across digital and social media and are able to identify the right opportunities to drive brand narratives. You have a desire to try out new things and experiment with content ideas. You have the right strategies and tactics at play to drive business objectives via social and have the itch to continuously reinvent the playbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive the social media content strategy for all Glance brands in alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create novel and original work for a the core brand target audience
  • Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continually improve content style and campaign ideas.
  • Work in tandem with the brand marketing teams to plan and execute social media campaigns across the respective brand channels.
  • Plan and deliver on content ideas to drive core brand narratives and conversations across social media throughout the year from planning all the way to delivery while working hand in hand with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage insights and data to understand user behaviours and create innovative and creative work that will delight and surprise users across social channels and cut through the clutter
  • Coordinate the in-depth evaluation of all social media campaigns and proactively optimize strategies based on learnings.
  • Communicate with followers, engage in brand and influencer banter and keep the brand in conversation

Qualifications:

  • MA degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and other social media best practices
  • Flair for creative copy writing
  • Understanding of the pulse of young India and ability to curate content ideas appealing to them
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
