Job Title: Senior ManagerAbout the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within a Shared Services Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of transactions in alignment with financial policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy:• Lead and manage AP and AR teams ensuring high performance and engagement;• Define and implement process KPIs SLAs internal controls;• Collaborate with procurement sales supply chain treasury teams for alignment service delivery;• Drive automation process improvement initiatives enhancing efficiency accuracy;Accounts Payable (AP):• Oversee invoice processing vendor payments compliance with tax regulatory requirements GST TDS;• Ensure timely vendor reconciliations resolution disputes;• Monitor AP aging payment cycles optimizing working capital;Accounts Receivable (AR):• Supervise collections cash application processes;• Resolve customer disputes ensure accurate account reconciliations;• Support credit risk management coordination with sales credit control teams;Compliance Reporting:• Ensure adherence internal controls audit requirements company policies;• Support statutory internal audits documentation analysis;• Prepare present periodic reports on AP AR performance aging risk areas;Requirements• CA CMA MBA Finance equivalent qualification;• 8–12 years finance operations experience at least 3–5 years managerial role shared services multinational environment;• Strong knowledge ERP systems SAP Oracle etc. automation tools;• Familiarity Indian tax laws GST TDS global accounting standards;• Experience Shared Service centres overseas advantage;Competencies• Leadership team management;• Analytical thinking problem-solving;• Strong communication stakeholder management;• Process orientation continuous improvement mindset;• Ability work fast-paced matrixed environment;
