Role Overview:
This isn’t your typical data analyst role. You will be a key player in shaping the future of how we onboard customers. As a Data Analyst in our Migration program, you’ll be the critical link between our product and customers, ensuring that data flows seamlessly, decisions are quick, and the customer experience is top-notch. If you love diving into data and working directly with customers, this role is your playground.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Data Experience: You will step in right after the deal closes, collaborating with customers to guide them through their data migration journey using customized Excel templates.
- Data Storytelling: Not just a data pusher—you’ll translate complex customer data into actionable insights and templates that the implementation team can easily work with.
- Excel Magic: Bring your A-game in Excel with advanced pivot tables, automations, and formulas, transforming customer data into loadable formats with efficiency and precision.
- Proactive Collaboration: You’ll work side-by-side with the Solutioning and Implementation teams to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine, spotting gaps and offering solutions before they become problems.
- Customer Champion: You’ll engage, follow up, and handhold customers through their data-sharing process, making their experience seamless and stress-free.

- Excel Pro: You know your way around pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and automations, using them not just to handle data, but to wow people with efficiency.
- Communication Maestro: You're equally comfortable explaining data needs to a Customers or troubleshooting data issues
