Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Finance Operations team at YourDOST. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract and/or  accounts receivable and collections function. Ensure the timely and accurate set up of MSA and agreements on the systems, response to queries, emails, ensure that there is internal and external partner management, operational metrics are followed and reported. Ensuring compliance to customer agreements for on - invoice price, pricing overrides. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research, and contract compliance knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence. 


In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, contracts, tracking payments, resolving customer disputes, and ensuring timely collections to support our financial operations. 


Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Contract Management 
  • Tenders/Bid Management
  • Support the business for any legal issue in coordination with the Commercial & Legal department of the Group.
  • Prepare and track the timeline and deliverables of the contracts and align it with the projects.
  • AR Management - Manage outstanding and overdue receivables and minimize the risk of non-receivable accounts.
  • Design and implement strategies to ensure timely collections & also enhance efficiency and accuracy of the process
  • Contact customers for outstanding payments through various communication channels, maintaining professionalism and customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of collections, cash application, account reconciliations and management reporting.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and clarify billing issues to facilitate timely payments.
  • Maintain and produce weekly aging reports, present status reports to management and collaborate with various stakeholders for critical accounts.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing statements, and payment histories, and addressing any payment-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in contracts, Invoicing, accounts receivable and collections
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines in a fast pace working environment.
  • Highly detailed, result-oriented and organized in work.
  • Prior experience of leading a team would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Business laws and Data Privacy and Data Protection
