The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team to deliver high-quality products, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.What You Will Do As A Engineering Manager ● Team Leadership:    ○ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.    ○ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions with team members.    ○ Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and growth.● Project Management:    ○ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.    ○ Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.    ○ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.● Technical Guidance:    ○ Provide technical leadership and direction to the engineering team.    ○ Participate in architectural discussions and guide the team in making informed technical decisions.    ○ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the team's processes.● Process Improvement:    ○ Develop and refine engineering processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.    ○ Implement and monitor KPIs to assess the team's performance and drive continuous improvement.    ○ Advocate for and implement Agile methodologies where appropriate.● Resource Management:    ○ Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal team productivity and project success.    ○ Identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment and hiring process.    ○ Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members.● Stakeholder Communication:    ○ Act as a primary point of contact between the engineering team and other departments.    ○ Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders.    ○ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.What You Will Bring As A Engineering Manager● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.● 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.● Technical experience:    ○ Experience with C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework and .NET Core/Standard, MVC)    ○ Experience with JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)    ○ Experience with TypeScript preferred    ○ Proficiency with SQL    ○ Production Kubernetes experience    ○ Development Tools: Experience with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.    ○ Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus● Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.● Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.● Proven experience working with US based business teams ● Excellent written and communication skills in English language ● Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap● Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps uploadThe application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from November 11, 2025.
