About the Role:

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role offers a hybrid-remote work environment and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in full-stack Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering impactful Sales Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SLDS, and Flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Lead and contribute to the customization and optimization of the Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce implementations to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, tools, and platform upgrades to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven expertise in full-stack Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SLDS, and SOQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud implementation and optimization.
  • Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working in hybrid or remote environments.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
