Job Title: Group Head - BiddableJob Summary:As a senior leader in digital marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading strategically the book of business consisting of multiple clients, overseeing day-to-day planning, analysis, execution, and maintaining strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and partner agencies.Key Responsibilities Include:Strategic bidding & budget management oversight to drive revenue growthCampaign enhancement and optimization to improve ROIEvaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the sameProvide strategy & review the Digital Performance with Media team at a monthly, Quarterly and Yearly levelIdentify opportunities for cross/sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting themAssist with new business pitches to secure new clientsManage the P&L, receivables, contract status for the set of clientsForecast market needs, planning product launches and campaigns to stay ahead of competitionReviewing the new technologies and keep updated on developments in Digital marketing to stay competitiveStudy competition and recommend/implement changes to gain edge above competitionAn expert in running Online Marketing campaigns, specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC), Product Marketing, Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic & MobileRequirements:Proven experience in leading teams and managing budgetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of digital marketing tools and platformsBenefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentRecognition and rewards for outstanding performanceAbout Us:We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in digital marketing.
