Job Overview:The position of Risk Management Specialist supports the development and implementation of a firm-wide Third-Party Risk Management framework. This involves aligning with regulatory requirements and best practices to proactively manage overall Third Party Risk Management needs.Lead the design and deployment of a firm-wide TPRM framework, including an outsourcing governance framework.Manage the ongoing TPRM program, which includes integrated assessments and mitigation of third-party supplier risks.Ensure that risks associated with third-party relationships are sufficiently identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled.Enhance the governance model for ongoing monitoring and oversight of third-party risks.Monitor and update the third-party risk assessment framework in response to new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives.Lead third-party risk segmentation, deploy annual attestations by contract owners, and maintain up-to-date reports.Develop reports for business areas and senior management on third-party risks.Identify and escalate key items of concern regarding new and existing third-parties, including concentration risk and fourth-party risk exposures.Partner with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, business areas, and assurance functions to identify third-party risks and escalate them appropriately.Support addressing Central Bank, Internal Audit, and Compliance observations.Monitor Business Units' status of RCSA, ORE, KRI, Issues & Actions, and NPPA programs;Perform detailed analysis on operational risk management programs outputs;Maintain ongoing monitoring of the Bank's Operational Risk profile at a Business Unit level;Maintain compliance to regulatory requirements and foster continuous improvements.Provide user support and ensure ongoing management of the Group operational risk program design on Prism.
