Job Title: Event Executive – On-Ground Execution (Party Events) – Toss the BalloonLocation: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru (On-site travel required)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/month (Based on experience)Start Date: ImmediateAbout Toss the Balloon:Toss the Balloon is a leading party and event decor company in Bengaluru, known for its unique and personalized setups for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and themed celebrations. We bring imagination to life with decor that delights.Key Responsibilities:* End-to-end execution of events based on finalized client discussions and decor plans.* Travel to event locations (mainly within Bengaluru) for timely setup and coordination.* Oversee decoration setup: balloons, backdrops, props, lights, milestone boards, and more.* Manage and coordinate with support staff and decorators on-site.* Ensure every element matches client expectations — from colors to positioning.* Capture photos and short videos for social media and client delivery (using phone).* Conduct final quality check before the event begins – lights, finishing, cleanliness, etc.* Communicate proactively with the internal team for last-minute requirements.* Be ready to handle last-minute changes and solve problems calmly and efficiently.
